A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Nos. 2 through 6 shall be forfeited from the accused on a year basis of the total list of seized articles.

Punishment of the crime

On April 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year from the Seoul Central District Court to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact). On February 5, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at a public prison.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Points of medication of a Mestopopic (one philophonephone, hereinafter referred to as a "philophone");

A. On March 2016, the Defendant, at around 21:00, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.09g of philophones into a single-use injection machine in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and dilution them into the arms after dilution.

B. On March 19, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by means of inserting 0.09g phiphones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into arms after dilutioning them.

At around 22:00, the Defendant, on March 2016, 2016, administered phiphones by inserting 0.09g of philopon into a single-use injection machine in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 0.09g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution into a arms after dilution.

On April 22, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting 0.09g of philophones into a single-use injection machine in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 0.09g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with raw water, and injection into arms.

E. On May 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:00, administered philophones by means of inserting 0.09g of philophones into a single-use injection machine in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 0.09g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with blophones, and injection into arms.

F. On May 2016, the Defendant, at around 22:00, administered phiphones by means of inserting 0.09g of philophones into a single-use injection machine in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 0.09g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with blophones, and injection into arms.

G. The Defendant, on June 1, 2016, runs the Felon E in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, around 22:00.
