[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, who is not a narcotics handler, did not possess, administer, etc. a crophographer (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and dealt with narcotics, etc. as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 21, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by dilution approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in the one-time injection machine from E’s house located under D in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on November 21, 2016, and injection into one’s arms.

B. From 19:00 to 20:00 on the first half of December 2016, the Defendant administered phiphones by dilution approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in the first in the non-use unit of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu’s office located in the non-use unit at the non-use unit in Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On January 5, 2017, the Defendant, at around 03:00, administered philophones by dilution approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in the single-use injection machine at his own dwelling area of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 1208, and injection into his own arms.

(d)

On January 1, 2017, at around 10:00, the Defendant administered philophones by dilution approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in G in the single-use injection machine in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, and injection them into his own arms.

E. On January 27, 2017, around 10:00, a philophone was administered by dilution approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in a disposable injection machine at its own dwelling place of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel 1208, with the injection into one’s arms.

F. On February 5, 2017, around 22:00, the philophone was administered by dilution approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in a single-use injection machine at his/her own residence, Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel 1208, and injection into his/her arms.

G. On February 6, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:00, carried phiphones for the sale of approximately 9.25g phiphones from the J community service center located in Cheongju-si, a considerable area of Cheongju-si, and carried phiphones.
