The defendant of "2016 Highest 600" is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of Mesophical mental medicine from C in the Mourhode room located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, by free delivery of approximately 0.05 g of Mesophals, a local mental medicine, from C, and administered the Mesophalopic 0.05 g of the said philopic 0.05 g by inserting it into a single-use injection machine and dilution it into the arms.

2. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 2 million to a person who is unable to know his/her name through Daejeon (Seoul) and purchased and sold 5g of philophones in return for the purchase price of philophones; and (b) received and sold approximately 5g of philophones.

3. On September 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.1g of philophones purchased in the Mourho Lake room located in the Dong-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon, with a single-use diversary diversary diversary diversary divers; and (b) injected them into the arms, and injected them into the arms.
