Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] Defendant C was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment at the Seoul Eastern District Court on July 16, 2015 due to a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive on November 23, 2015. Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Seoul East East District Court on July 16, 2015 and the said judgment becomes final and conclusive during the period of suspension of execution.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Defendant C and Defendant C are the owner of a sexual traffic business establishment, “F” located on the first floor below the building in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and Defendant A are the head of the above business establishment, and the Defendants are the head of the above business establishment, from March 22, 2015 to September 23, 2015, with the equipment, such as a bed and shower, etc., installed at the above business establishment from March 2, 2015 to September 23, 2015.
