Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A is a business owner operating sexual traffic establishments with the trade name of “I” from H and 7, Nam-gu, Incheon, and Defendant B is an employee employed by Defendant A who is a business owner of the said establishment.
Defendants conspired, around 22:00 on August 18, 2014, the Defendants received KRW 70,000 as the price for sexual traffic from the J, and arranged the act of similarity by inducing female employees C to scam the sexual organ of the said J in his/her hand, as well as arranging the act of similarity. From February 20, 2014 to April 17, 2014; from June 1, 2014 to August 18, 2014; Defendant B, from August 4, 2014 to August 18, 2014, and from August 18, 2014 to the average of 4-6 customers per day by the same method as above.

1. Defendant B, with employment of employees C and D, operates a similar trading business place with the trade name “L” on the first floor of the building underground of the Incheon Southern-gu Office, and around 20:00 on September 23, 2014, Defendant B, on the condition that the above C receives a gold of KRW 70,00 won, reported Internet site commercial sex trafficking advertisements and received them from around September 18, 2014, and received KRW 30,000 as a brokerage payment, by having the said C do a similar behavior to see the sexual son’s sexual flag as his/her hand.
