A Imprisonment of 10 months, Defendant B’s imprisonment of 2 months, Defendant C’s fine of 5,00,000, and Defendant D’s imprisonment of 6 months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years at the Seoul Central District Court for the crime of violating the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 13, 2012.

2. Criminal facts;

A. Defendant A’s business place of sexual traffic in the trade name of “H” leased one floor below the building in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and installed 6 a service room, 6 a shower room for employees, 1 a waiting room for customers, etc., and employs female employees J (19 years of age, 19 years of age, and 35 years of age) and operates a marina and a sexual traffic business place in the trade name of “H”. ⑴ 피고인 A ㈎ 피고인은 바지사장 B, 남자종업원 L, M, N와 함께 2011. 11. 10.경부터 2011. 11. 17.경까지 사이에 위 업소에서, 위 업소를 찾아 온 성명불상의 남성들로부터 각 7만 원 내지 10만 원을 받고 여종업원들로 하여금 손으로 위 남성들의 성기를 잡고 흔들어 사정하게 하는 방법으로 유사성교행위를 하게 하거나 남성들과 성교행위를 하도록 하게 하였다.

㈏ 피고인은 바지사장 B, 실장 C과 함께 2012. 1. 중순경부터 2012. 5.경까지 사이에 위 업소에서, 위 업소를 찾아 온 성명불상의 남성들로부터 각 7만 원 내지 10만 원을 받고 여종업원들로 하여금 손으로 위 남성들의 성기를 잡고 흔들어 사정하게 하는 방법으로 유사성교행위를 하게 하거나 남성들과 성교행위를 하도록 하게 하였다.
