Punishment of the crime

1. Night theft;

A. 3. Larceny;

A. On June 2, 2018, at L convenience stores located in K on June 2, 2018, at the time of permanent stay, the Defendant used a gap in the management of the victim M, an employee, to take advantage of the difference in the market price of KRW 4,300 in the drinking water cooling house, and stolen a drinking water number of which is equivalent to KRW 4,300 in the market price.

B. On June 15, 2018, at the above convenience store around 22:45, the Defendant: (a) made a theft with one Ma-gu 700 won at the display stand using the gap where the management of the above victim was neglected; and (b) made a theft with one Ma-gu 700 won at the display stand.
