A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In light of the clothes of ordinary women, the Defendant had sleeped sexual interest, and attempted to steal the clothes of women suffering from a slick slick slock, by intrusioning into the corridor of the Japanese officetel which is linked to Jeju as soon as possible.

1. At around 03:00 on April 1, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the front corridor of 1003, “E” officetel 1003, the victim’s residence located in Jeju, and stolen the Defendant, holding two panty panty 1,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 5,000, in a white panty 1, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 5,000, in a white panty 1, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 5,000, in a white panty 1,000, in the middle panty 2,200, the market price of which is equal to KRW 10,000, in the middle of 10,000.

2. At around 03:00 on April 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the front corridor of 1006 heading Etel 1,006, the victim’s residing in Flux; and (b) stolen it with three panty typ in the shape of panty pantyty 1,000 won, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 6,000, in the shape of panty panty 1,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 6,000, and with three panty 18,000, total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 6,000, such as one panty panty 1,000.

3. On April 26, 2015, around 00:25, the Defendant intruded into two multi-households of the victim H residing in G on April 26, 2015, and attempted to steal a woman’s express clothes, which are rapidly ill, but did not discover any stolen object and attempted to do so.

4. On April 27, 2015, at around 03:25, the Defendant intruded into two preceding corridors of multi-household houses in which the above HH residing, and stolen them with two panty panty 2 panty typ equivalent to 40,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, which was suffering from ever.
