A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 1, 2018, at around 13:40 on August 1, 2018, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence by opening a string door in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and entering the house and smoking, and viewing the strings and speaking on the floor.

2. On August 1, 2018, the Defendant made a public performance and obscene act by openly displaying a sexual organ, such as going back to the upper body and showing a sexual organ in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

3. On August 1, 2018, around 14:05, the Defendant stolen the victim F at G convenience stores operated by the victim F in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, with one 180 meters of the market value equivalent to 900 won of the victim’s ownership.

4. Around 18:00 on April 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the convenience point of the operation of the Victim I located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) at the convenience point of the operation of the Victim I; (c) at the victim’s market price of KRW 1,660, the victim’s possession, the Defendant arbitrarily stolen the Defendant.

5. Around 06:00 on August 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) arbitrarily cut off the Victim L(s) store located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul; (b) a call amounting to KRW 3,200 at the market price owned by the victim.

6. At around 00:00 on August 9, 2018, the Defendant arbitrarily stolen three ice ice dives of the total market value equivalent to KRW 7,500, the injured party’s market value located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

7. On August 10, 2018, around 08:20 on August 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the convenience store for the management of RR in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant arbitrarily stolen a ice-cream equivalent to KRW 1,000, the market price of the victim’s possession at that store.

8. On September 17, 2018, around 03:45, the Defendant: (a) arbitrarily cut off the victim’s 1,500 won at the convenience store in the operation of the victim U in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) arbitrarily cut down the victim’s 1-500 won at the market price.
