A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, each check listed in Appendix II.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2007, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the position of the office of Ora-dong and the Defendant on February 9, 2007, and traded the check.
