around December 30, 2005, Defendant 7460, under the name of the Defendant, entered into a check contract with the location of the parallel operations and traded the check.

On June 5, 2014, the Defendant issued one copy of the check number “F”, “F” at par value “6,680,000 won”, and the date of issuance “F” under the name of the Defendant, and presented payment to the above bank on June 25, 2014, the period for presentation by the holder, but did not pay the check number “G”, “5,000,000 won at face value”, “date of issuance”, “one copy of the check number under the name of the Defendant, issued on July 7, 2014, and presented it to the above bank on July 7, 2014, the payment period by the holder, but did not pay it as non-transaction.
