On November 10, 2012, around 01:06, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with blood alcohol content of about 0.159% at the section of approximately 28 km from the front of the port of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to the road of about 464, Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.
