Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2013, at around 22:33, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 200 meters from the top of the packing fest in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Branch to the front road of about 464, Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.152%.
