A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:20 on August 19, 2016, the Defendant assaulted, under the influence of alcohol, the victim’s face side part of the victim’s bridge due to the breath, and the victim’s breast part due to her head, on the one hand, in the first floor of the commercial building adjacent to the “C” restaurant located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu.
