A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a space between raped victim C (n, 20 years of age) and a woman-friendly family member C (n, 20 years of age) who had been well aware of about one year prior to rape.

Around November 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) had opened a bridge and opened the bridge at the time of the time; (b) had locked from the victim’s house in the old and present; (c) had a sexual desire to report the victim who was seated and was faced with a cell phone at the victim’s house in the old and present in the Gu and present in the victim’s house in 06:40 of the same month; and (d) had a sexual desire to report the victim who was faced with his/her cell phone and was living in the victim’s cell phone at the victim’s house in the old and present in the old and present in the same month; (d) had the victim’s boomed with his/her left hand, opened the victim’s dog into the inner floor, opened the victim’s bridge with his/her bridge, cut off the victim’s boom and panty; and (e) had the victim fluened by inserting his/her sexual organ into his/her own part.

2. On November 25, 2014, around 20:45, the Defendant: (a) committed rape to the victim C, as described in paragraph (1), in front of the F convenience point in Gumi-si, Sinsi; (b) however, the Defendant was only aware of the victim’s rape, as described in paragraph (1); (c) however, the victim demanded the police to cut down the victim’s trees; (d) spiting the victim’s face into the victim’s face; and (e) spiting the victim’s face on one-time basis; and (e) sprinking the victim’s face on one-time basis, the victim’s face was damaged by a detailed face of unknown face that needs to be treated for about two weeks.

3. The Defendant assaulted the victim G(21) who was next to the Defendant while assaulting C at the time and place set forth in paragraph (2) of this Article, who was next to the Defendant’s assaulting C, reported the her face and took a bath to the Defendant, and used the victim’s face twice by drinking to the Defendant, and used the victim’s face once.

4. The victim H was injured and the obstruction of performance of official duties was committed by the Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), from the victim H, who was a police box affiliated with the former U.S. police station that received 112 reports while assaulting the said G at the same place.
