A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 17, 2003, the defendant married with C on April 17, 2003, was living together in the same residence as the victims, as the father and the father of the victim D (the 16-year old age), and the father and the father of the victim E (the 11-year age age old).
1. Crimes against victims D;
A. The Defendant, at the end of July 2014, entered the Defendant’s home, who was under the influence of alcohol at the time of March 2014 (the victim was in the first year of high school, before and after the commencement of the summer School), and was trying to have sexual intercourse with the victim by reporting the form of locked.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to quasi-rape the victim's kinship but did not commit such quasi-rape.
B. On November 2014, the Defendant had had the intent to have sexual intercourse with the victim for the same reason as the above paragraph (a) at the large room of the Defendant.
