A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was the victim C(n, D.C.)'s friendly and living in the same room as that of the victim.
1. On July 13, 2012, from around 24:00 to July 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had been divingd in a room where the Defendant and the victim (the age of 13 at the time of committing a crime) live together with the Defendant and the victim (the age of 13) in Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si; (b) had the victim walked, and met the victim’s chest as the clothes; (c) had the victim met with the victim’s chest as his hand; and (d) had the victim’s body sealed, “I see, see, see, see, see, see, see, e.g., the victim’s body; and (d) had the victim’s body pushed, she did not resist with the victim’s inner part of the clothes; and (d) had the victim’s fingerd with her chest, she had the victim’s pan, and forced the victim’s body by blood.
2. From around 24:00 on July 14, 2012 to July 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had been divingd at the same place as the above paragraph (1) on July 15, 2012 (the age of 13 years at the time of the commission of a crime); (b) had the victim forced off her panty and panty and inserted her sexual organ into the victim’s sound part; and (c) had the victim her bridge against the Defendant’s bridge “I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, and I am am, I am unable to resist the victim by forcing the victim’s hand; and (d) had raped the victim’s sexual organ by inserting it into the victim’s blood part.
3. On May 2013, the Defendant: (a) prevented the victim (the age of 14 years at the time of criminal conduct) from resisting the victim in the same manner in the same place as above (the age of 14 years at the time of criminal conduct); and (b) inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sound book, and raped the victim.
4. The Defendant, from February 18, 2015 to February 24:0, 2015, is the same as the foregoing paragraph (1) between new walls around February 19, 2015.
