Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment by the Eastern District Court for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, etc., and the execution of the sentence was terminated on May 18, 2017 at the military prison.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is not a narcotics handler

1. Purchase and delivery and receipt of penphones;

A. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00 U.S. on the U.S. on the first day of Busan and around 05:00,000 won in cash, and purchased approximately 0.4g of Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. On May 13, 2018, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) asked B to request writingphones to use a telephone; and (b) sought approximately 0.7 grams from a bus stop located in a child of the U.S. (U.S.) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) sought approximately 0.7 grams from a street, etc. at around 00:30 on the following day.

On May 15, 2018, around 23:00, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won in cash to B before the D party hall located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and purchased 1g of philopon.

2. Provision of Handphones;

A. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant provided 06:00 U.S. On the date on which the Defendant used 0.1g of 0.1 grams to E and F, respectively, at the trade influent telephones room located in Busan (hereinafter referred to as “MM”), and offered 0.1g of opphones purchased as referred to in the foregoing 1(a).

B. On February 17, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant provided approximately 0.1g of philophones to F without compensation in the street of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northerndong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

On February 24, 2018, the Defendant provided approximately 0.1g of philophones to F without compensation at a street room in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on a day-to-day basis.

(d)

On March 3, 2018, at around 19:00, the Defendant provided approximately 0.05g of philophones to F without compensation in a street room in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant provided 0.05g of philophones.
