Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive for Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related clickphones (hereinafter referred to as “clickphones”) as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. (1) On August 201, 201, the Defendant purchased Handphones (1) in front of the lower court’s semiconductor dormitory in the Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, on August 8, 2014, 70,000 won to B as the price for the purchase of Handphones, and purchased approximately 0.7 grams of Handphones from him.

(2) On May 20, 2014, the Defendant purchased phiphones around May 20, 2014, around the street in front of the Gdong Hospital in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased B with approximately KRW 600,000 as the price for the purchase of phiphones, and 0.07gg of phiphones from it.

B. On April 2014, the Defendant received Handphones (1) from a police officer in the middle of April 2014, the Defendant received and accepted approximately 0.07 gramphones from B at the construction site for the removal of a restaurant in the new harbor in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and received them without compensation.

(2) On September 22, 2014, the Defendant received philophones from the Defendant around September 22, 2014, in front of the entrance No. 10, a 10-day street, located in the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Governmentcheon-dong, and received and delivered approximately 0.03 gramphones from B without compensation.

C. (1) On August 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) sold philophones on the ground of the sale of philophones, the Defendant: (b) on August 8, 201, at the top of the Cheongju-si Sculon’s semiconductor dormitory located in the Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si; (c) 80,000 won from G as the price for the sale of philophones; and (d) on that basis,

(1) delivered approximately 0.7 grams of philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (1) and sold them.

(2) On April 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on April 28, 2014, at a construction site located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Sungsandong; (b) on April 28, 2014, the Defendant 200,000 won from G as the price for trading phiphones; and (c) on that basis, the Defendant 1.B.

(1) deliver approximately 0.07 grams of philophones delivered as described in paragraph (1).
