A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2, 2015, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, even though the Defendant promised to sing at the E-place located in D at a time of drinking, on the ground that the victim C (ma, 68 years of age) continues to sing, the victim’s face was sing down because of drinking, and thereby, the victim’s face was sing down with the face of the victim’s face while walking on the floor, thereby causing injury to the victim, such as singing away and singinginging down, which require approximately eight weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant who injured the Victim F was at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1) and inflicted injury on the Victim F, i.e., the victim F (ma. 67 years of age) who was frighted in the above C, when the surrounding people prevented the Defendant, and the victim F (ma. 67 years of age) was seated by the table table, which was 4 to 5 times the victim’s face, resulting in the victim’s injury, such as the injury of the entrance and the impairment of the character of the oral mouth, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
