A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2, 2014, at around 19:08, the Defendant: (a) took a bath at a certain point to the victim C (the age of 54) who observed a marine in front of the “E” parked on the street around the vehicle parked in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on the ground that the victim C (the age of 54) took a bath; (b) took the victim’s left face one time on his/her hand; and (c) took the victim’s left hand on his/her hand.

As a result, the defendant set a framework for the left-hand side of the victim, which requires approximately six weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant suffered injury to the Victim F on the ground that the Victim F (the 58-year-old age), at the same time and at the same place, had the Victim F (the 58-year-old age) go beyond the floor by drinking the Victim’s face at one time on the ground that the Victim F (the 58-year-old age)

As a result, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim, such as brain-dead, stoves, and stoves, which require treatment for about two weeks.
