Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) instead of taking necessary procedures, such as acquiring a physical card of a bank in the name of the injured party, and returning it to the injured party, he/she embezzled as he/she thought that he/she had, on his/her own initiative, he/she had, instead of taking necessary procedures.

2. Fraud and the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around March 3, 2019, at the F convenience point of the victim E’s operation in Jinju-si, around 06:29, the Defendant: (b) presented the Victim’s C Bank C Bank C Bank C Bank Card under the name of B acquired as a legitimate holder, and purchased the Plaintiff’s 1 disease at the market price, and (c) subsequently, until April of the same month from that time, the Defendant settled the total amount of KRW 23,740,00 in total on six occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1, and used the lost C Bank Card.

3. On March 4, 2019, at the first convenience point in the operation of the Victim H located in J around J on March 14, 2019, the Defendant attempted to purchase goods worth KRW 6,900 at the market price by presenting that the victim was a legitimate holder, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), and attempted to pay the price for goods worth KRW 8,900 in total four times from around that time to May of the same month, as indicated in the separate crime list No. 2, but failed to obtain approval due to a report on the loss of the said physical card, and failed to achieve such intent.
