Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered a single-story warehouse operated by the victim C in Gwangju-si around 13:00 on October 16, 2016; (b) went on, and stolen, the victim’s market value at which he/she was the victim’s possession.

1. On June 24, 2014, the Defendant found the amount equivalent to KRW 53,00,000, in the name of the victim F, who was on the floor of the E street located in Gwangju City, from around 23:00, in the name of the victim F, lost.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;
A. On June 25, 2014, around 01:55, the Defendant, at around 01:55 on June 25, 2014, committed the crime, by deceiving the victim by presenting the said Nonghyup Card as if the victim was a legitimate holder of the Nonghyup Card, as described in paragraph 1, at the I convenience store operated by the victim in the name in Gwangju-si H on June 25, 2014. The Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the said amount by deceiving the victim by presenting the said Nonghyup Card as if the victim was a legitimate holder of the Nonghyup Card, as described in paragraph 1.
B. On June 25, 2014, the Defendant, around 02:04, committed the crime, at around 02:04 on June 25, 2014, committed the crime, at the I convenience store operated by the victim in the name in Gwangju-si H, as if the victim was a legitimate holder of the No. 3,400 won card, presented the said No. 3,400 won card to the victim, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the said amount by deceiving the victim by inducing the victim to settle the amount of 3,400 won.
Accordingly, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 7,000 property interest in the amount of KRW 7,00 through two times, and used the lost crow card unlawfully.
