Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:00, acquired 100,000, dust equivalent to KRW 100,000 at the victim’s market price, where the victim D, who was away from the floor of the Gyeonggi-si, lost, was the victim’s physical fitness card, etc.

Defendant 1 did not follow the necessary procedures such as returning the victim’s wall that he acquired as above and embezzled that he had on his own mind.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On December 4, 2017, the first card use Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 13,400,000 in total market value of KRW 4,300,00, such as 3 A and 500, at the G convenience store operated by the Victim F in Gyeonggi E 1,06 on December 4, 2017, at around 17:40, the Defendant purchased the goods equivalent to KRW 13,40,00 in total, such as 13,40, and 500, at the market price. The Defendant presented the DNA card acquired as a legitimate holder and presented it to the employees of the above convenience store to pay the value of the goods using the above physical card, thereby acquiring and losing the aforementioned credit card.

B. On December 5, 2017, the second card used the second card purchased tobacco 20, a total of 8,600 won of the market value at the J convenience store operated by the victim I in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, and offered D’s e-mail card, as a legitimate holder, as stated in paragraph 1, to the employees of the above e-mail store, thereby having the employees of the above e-mail store pay the value of the goods with the above e-mail, thereby obtaining financial benefits of 8,600 won and using the lost credit card.

On December 5, 2017, the third card user Defendant purchased the victim F's G convenience store operated by the victim F with 106th floor of the sports E-1 shopping mall on December 5, 2017, and purchased the 21,500 won in total at the market price, and completed the D's e-mail card acquired, such as paragraph 1.
