1. 1. Defendant A

A. On March 3, 2011, at the entrance of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D’E’s “E” store, the Defendant said that the Defendant would pay a loan by phoneing to the victim corporation’s off-line office in accordance with the agreement.
