Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2013, 2013: (a) around 21:15, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by stating that the victim B took a photograph on a mobile phone, the Defendant’s cell phone: (b) the victim’s cell phone was “this son and stove; (c) no stoves do so; and (d) the Defendant did not do so.”
