Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On January 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim C’s Frocco vehicle parked in front of the “E” restaurant located in the official city at the end of the end of January 2018; (b) opened an unlocked garage; and (c) stolen KRW 100,000, which is the cash owned by the victim while being kept in the vehicle.
B. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim C’s Frocco vehicle parked in front of a “E” restaurant located in Roman on early February 2, 2018, and opened an unlocked garage and stolen the 90,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim, and KRW 20,000, which was kept in custody, with a Onnuri gift certificate in excess of KRW 20,00,00.

On February 5, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim G around February 5, 2018: (a) discovered a victim G-owned passenger car parked in front of the “I” restaurant located in H on February 5, 2018; (b) opened a string door; and (c) cut off cash of KRW 1,00,000,000, which was owned by the victim and was placed adjacent to the driver’s seat.

On February 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim K’s N Anyrop-out car parked in front of a “M” private teaching institute located in the official city L around 14:00 on February 14, 2018; (b) opened a string door; and (c) stolen a 250,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, at the bank located in the vehicle.
2. On February 14, 2018, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) discovered a victim C’s Frocco vehicle parked in front of the “E” restaurant located in D, “E” as of 19:30 on February 14, 2018; and (b) opened an unlocked vehicle and found stolen objects, and was discovered and attempted by the victim.
