1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s real estate sale and lease business, etc., Defendant Samnam Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samnam steel Co., Ltd.”) is a company that sells steel products, etc., and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a company that manufactures cosmetics.
B. On September 30, 2009, Defendant Samnam River entered into a purchase consulting service agreement with JC. On September 30, 2009, Defendant Samnam River purchased the building of 351.4 square meters and its ground buildings in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and paid brokerage fees to ERA REA REA REC. INC.
C. Defendant Samnam Construction attempted to remove and construct the above ground buildings and sell the said land and new building on the ground, and requested various brokers including the Plaintiff to sell the said land and new building on the ground. Defendant Samnam Construction Co., Ltd. sold the said land and new building on October 28, 2013 to D as a broker of sex Real Estate Co., Ltd.
The Plaintiff entered into a service contract for the purchase of Defendant Samnam River and a building.
On November 11, 2013, the defendant Samnam River purchased the building of 410.5 square meters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and its ground, and paid the service cost to the plaintiff.
E. On June 9, 2015, the Plaintiff drafted a consulting service contract (exclusive lease) with respect to Defendant Samnam River and the above E-ground buildings. The details of the contract are as follows.
According to the plaintiff's brokerage, the defendant Sam Nam concluded a lease contract with the lessee on the above land building E.
