A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 2897"

1. On October 5, 2018, at around 21:40 on October 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) distributed attention to the employees, including the victim F, in E precious metal store located in Kimpo-si D, by walking the horses to its employees; (b) and (c) cut off with four 14K epis equivalent to the total market price on the side of another calculating party, in which the gaps in management was neglected.

2. On September 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 14:25, 2018, around September 23, 2018, 14:25, 2018, the Defendant: (b) entered the “H” located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (c) changed the victim I, a business owner, to show the sold wastes; and (d) the victim, while taking out other products, was stolen by putting off 14K macks equivalent to KRW 570,00 in the market price on the display site using the gaps where he was neglected to manage the other products.

On September 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around September 21, 2018, at the store of “K” located in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, in order to enter a customer and purchase precious metals, etc., he/she would ask the victim L to ask for the price of various things; (b) as such, he/she entered the store of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; and (c) distributed the drinking water used in his/her hand to the victim’s attention; and (d) 14K posts equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession in the display stand; and (d) 1,40,000 K posts equivalent to KRW 2,80,00 in the market price; and (e) 1, 600,000,000 won in the chain per market price.

On October 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:05 on October 8, 2018, 2018, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “N” store on the second basements; (b) as if he/she entered a customer and purchased precious metals, etc., he/she would ask the victim O for the price of various articles; and (c) the victim, who was displayed in the store using a cresh in which another customer was spawned by spawn management, was stolen by 14K gold bars equivalent to KRW 2.5 million at the market price.

5. On Oct. 1, 2018, the Defendant, on Oct. 1, 2018, entered the Incheon Gyeyang-gu P, Q, from around 16:00 on Oct. 16, 2018 to customers.
