1. The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years and six months;

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics as an instructor of the English school of U.S. nationality.
1. On January 6, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, E, 203 (FF Loans), connected to “G”, which is the Internet site for the sale of narcotics, etc., and entered the Defendant’s home address into the recipient’s name column and the Defendant’s home address in the reception place column, and issued orders for 100 MDMA (one X-si; hereinafter “X-si”), which is a psychotropic drug, and settled the price with Bitcoin 0.6764 ($ 480), which is an Internet virtual currency.

Accordingly, in collusion with the above seller, the Defendant imported 126 psychotropic drugs X-si.
2. X-type medication;

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with I, administered X-gu psychotropic drugs.
