Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of aiding and abetting the Violation of the Narcotics Control Act (competence) at the Seoul Central District Court on April 6, 2017, and two years of suspended execution, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 14, 2017, and is currently in the grace period.
[2] Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the MMA (MMA) MMA (MMA), EX, and EXP (hereinafter “EXP”) as follows.
1. On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) received from “C main points” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) the X-si 1 of the X-si 1 of the X-si 3; and (c) took female toilets with 1 of the X-si 1 of the X-si 3.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted X-sicers and administered them.
2. On November 201, 2017, the Defendant received 1 X-si from the above D at the “C main point” around the first-come new wall hours.
3. On November 2017, the Defendant, at the place of residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment E apartment F, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with the first half of the level of the X-si, which was received together with the foregoing D, i.e., the fact that the X-si, as well as the aforesaid D, took the same together with water.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, administered XPs in collusion.
4. On December 2017, the Defendant: (a) received 1 X-si from G at the time of the new wall hours at the end of the end of the instant “C main point”; (b) i.e., took them together with water.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted X-sicers and administered them.
5. On January 2018, the Defendant received from the G as described in the preceding paragraph at the “I main point” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H at the end of the new wall hours, i.e., the X-si 1 of the X-si, and i.e., the Defendant took it along with water.
Accordingly, the defendant accepted X-sicers and administered them.
