A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 03:00 on the first day of August 2008, the Defendant received 4 psychotropic drugs from women (one-person D or E) whose name is unknown, and in return, delivered KRW 80,000 in cash to psychotropic drugs-related women (MDMA; hereinafter “E”) at the C clubs located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and delivered KRW 1/2 of the X-gu 1/2 of the purchase on the said job.

As such, the Defendant traded and administered X-type posters.

B. At around 02:00 on August 2008, the Defendant, at the house of the Defendant in the vicinity of the G High School located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F High School, divided the X-gu purchased, such as the preceding paragraph, into H and I, one set of the X-si, and administered them in a way that each X-si is inserted into the bar and cat together with water.

The Defendant, in collusion with H and I, administered X-type drugs.

2. Around 01:00 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (narcotics) received from a man (one-person K), who is unable to know his name, approximately 0.05g of the cocar, a drug, and inhaled it into cocon.

The Defendant administered cocars as such.
