A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night buildings, larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and on November 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court, which was sentenced on November 25, 2016, and on March 25, 2017, the Defendant was sent not only eight times the execution of the sentence was completed, but also eight times the records to be sent to the juvenile protection case of the same kind of crime.

1. L. A. L. theft was committed.

3. From Apr. 2017, the Defendant: (a) on April 2017, 201, thief, at a “original integrated terminal” parking lot located in the middle of 02:00 in the window of Changwon-si around the middle of 2017, in which the victim’s name was not opened by the victim; (b) on the front side of the bus numberless bus number number managed by the victim; (c) on the bus, the Defendant thief opened a bus opening, and entered the 10,00 won color door, which the victim was kept in custody on the bus stop; (d) one student registration certificate in the same name; (e) one pop-up card; and (e) one transportation card.
