Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed at C hospital;

가. 건조물 침입 피고인은 2015. 10. 3. 08:30 경북 영덕군 D에 있는 피해자 E이 근무하는 C 병원 사무실 앞에 이르러, 재물을 훔칠 생각으로 열린 사무실 문을 열고 그 안으로 들어가 침입하였다. 나. 절도 피고인은 위 제 1의 가. 항 일시, 장소에 위와 같이 침입한 다음, 피해자 E이 잠시 자리를 비운 틈을 타 그곳 사무실 책상 옆에 있던 피해자 소유 가방 내에 들어 있던 검정색 라 코스 테 장 지갑 1개, 쌈지 황갈색 가죽 지갑 1개, 구 찌 검정색 지갑 1개 등 도합 679,000원 상당과 피해자의 자동차 운전 면허증 1 장, 주민등록증 1 장, 현대 중공업 카드 1 장, 신한 은행 카드 1 장, 농협 카드 1 장, 수협 카드 1 장, 맴 버쉽 카드 1 장을 가지고 나와 절취하였다.

2. Crimes committed at the Furel;

A. A. On October 3, 2015, the Defendant invadedd a structure: (a) entering the “Fel” parking lot operated by the victim H in Chungcheongnam-gun G, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) opened the window of the herme guide room for the purpose of theft of money and goods into the entrance.
