Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who establishes eight computers and operates a game room in the name of “CPC room” on the Goyang-gu B and 101 level.

No one shall provide game water different from the rating contents for the use thereof, and no one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of game water or engage in a business of purchasing them again.

From August 24, 2015 to August 31, 2015, the Defendant provided the Internet game of “the roof,” “the roof,” and “the roof,” which are classified by the Committee on Water Management of the game at the above location, to customers. The above game water is not used by juveniles, and a game user shall be allowed to join the game through adult certification process under his/her real name, and the game user shall directly charge the game money. As a result, the defendant provided game water to the game with contents different from the rating classified by the game water management committee, and arranged exchange of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water.
