A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No one "2016 Highest 1163" shall distribute, display, or store game water different from those classified by the Committee on Water Management, and exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange, or re-purchase of any tangible or intangible result obtained through the use of a game water, or engage in speculative activities as a business using speculative gaming machines.
Nevertheless, from December 3, 2015 to December 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) provided customers with a game product on the first floor of the Jeju commercial building, which is classified by the Game Water Management Committee as the entire game water; (b) installed a cap in the game machine to reduce the number of hours per time to 40 to 9 seconds; and (c) reduced the number of hours per a game by 40 seconds; (d) the function automatically emitted from the game machine without any user’s manipulation; (e) the function automatically emitted from the game machine; and (e) providing customers with a game product whose contents are different from the classification of classification by changing its contents from the classification by a business server, and from December 3, 2015 to December 29, 2015; and (e) provided them with a game product to many unspecified customers who have access to it, 0% of the amount of fee calculated by deducting a plastic game product’s commission, “10%,” and (e) the said game product’s commission.
As a result, the Defendant provided game water different from the game water classified by the game water management committee for use, exchanged the results obtained through the use of the game water, and conducted speculative acts by using the game machine, which is a speculative machine, as a business.
The defendant of "2016 Highest 2036" means the number of state trees and the field of trees in Hanpo-gu, Jeju-si, Hanpo-si, Jeju-si, on August 15, 2016.
