Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who worked as a "E" childcare teacher located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City 213 Dong 104, 213 Dong 104, and Defendant B is a child care teacher at the above childcare center and the victims are children who were financed by the above childcare center.

1. On November 15, 2017, Defendant A, at the above child-care center around 09:38, the Defendant reported that the victim F (2 taxes) was trying to enter the play equipment, and took the play equipment so far as possible, and the victim’s left shoulder was cut off and the face was faced with the floor while the victim exceeded the floor.

From that time until December 18, 2017, the Defendant committed both physical abuse and harm to the victims’ body or physical health and development, such as the list of crimes attached hereto, 19 times in total, and committed emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of victims.

2. On October 16, 2017, Defendant B, at the above child care center around 11:22, 2017, laid down the victim G (at the age of 1) to bring booms into the victim’s entrance, thereby preventing the victim from getting the victim’s head by force.

In addition, from that time until December 19, 2017, the Defendant committed both physical abuse and harm to the victims’ physical health and development, such as the entry in the list of crimes attached hereto, seven times in total, and the emotional abuse that may harm the mental health and development of victims.
