Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 2012, the Defendant entered the 19th National Assembly member election of the 19th National Assembly member of the Republic of Korea, which had been working together with the planning real estate company, and the Defendant had been registered as a preliminary candidate on March 17, 2012, on the following grounds: (a) it was necessary for the Defendant to register as a candidate in the area of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul), and (b) it is necessary to obtain a recommendation letter from 300 to 500 persons; and (c) for the 10th anniversary of the 10th anniversary of the 10th anniversary of the 10th anniversary of the installation of electronic sign boards by Samsung Dong, Samsungdong, and Ydong, and (d) the Defendant registered as a preliminary candidate on March 17, 2012.
Requests for Contribution
A. On March 17, 2012, the Defendant demanded to lend KRW 400,00 to B from the Do Government Station located in the Do Governmentdong in Do Government-si on March 17, 2012, the Defendant demanded to make a contribution to B, who was registered as a preliminary candidate, on the ground that “The payment of a mobile phone fee is required, and there is no money in B, but there is no money.”
B. The Defendant, at the above date, received KRW 50,00 from the above date and place, requested B to transfer the remainder of KRW 350,000,000, immediately, and requested B to send text messages to B at around 17:12 on the same day, and sent the Defendant’s account number (D) to B several times to request money, but B did not receive a telephone, and on March 18, 2012, the Defendant sent a false text message to B, “I ambling the son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s 12:38 on the same day.
C. On March 19, 2012, the Defendant urged B to transfer the remainder of 300,000 won by telephone to B, and registered as a preliminary candidate.
