A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,00, and by a fine of KRW 500,000, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the Erith of Jeju, and Defendant B is the person who was the Frith of Jeju from January 22, 2013 to January 21, 2016, and Defendant C is the Grith of Jeju.
1. No person who makes, or has another make, a contribution to an election for a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) or political party to which he belongs, in connection with an election;
Nevertheless, on January 2016, the Defendant issued 34 books (on the same day, equivalent to 408,000 won at a market price) to Griju in the I office located in He, Jeju, as a preliminary candidate for the election of the National Assembly member of the 20th National Assembly, to Griju in order to publicize the above L, which is registered as a preliminary candidate for the election of the National Assembly member of the 20th National Assembly, at the I office located in He, Jeju, the Defendant distributed 50 books (on the same day, equivalent to 600,000 won at the N office located in the same Eup, and distributed 50 books (on the one hand, 60,000 won at the market price) to N residents who are electorates.
Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution to the 20th National Assembly election for the above L.
2. No person who intends to become, or has another person make contributions to, a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) or political party to which he belongs in connection with an election;
Nevertheless, on January 2016, the Defendant kept 25 L's books in the Ri office in order to publicize Ls registered as a preliminary candidate for the election of the National Assembly member of the 20th National Assembly member of the J constituency at the R office located in Q Q Q at the Seocho-si, Jeju, to bring 7 books among them (the market price of 84,000 won) to the residents of Rs in name.
Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution to the 20th National Assembly election for the above L.
3. No person who intends to become, or has another person make contributions to, a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) or political party to which he belongs in connection with an election;
Nevertheless, there is a need to do so.
