A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 9, 1995, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in the year and June 1995 by the Gwangju High Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
1. On January 24, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft by putting the locking device installed on the door up in the entrance to the “E” store of the victim located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, by cutting off the locking door so long as it is difficult to read the glass door, thereby impairing the victim’s structure. On the same day, at around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant stored the 20,000 won in cash, the victim’s possession in the safe room, and stolen the Fpoter truck key, which was caused by the knick, into the main machine.
At around 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant continued to find out a F Poter truck with an amounting to KRW 15 million at the market price owned by the victim, which was parked outside the above office, and then cut off by using the truck key that was stolen as above.
In addition, from October 2013 to February 13, 2014, the Defendant habitually stolen or attempted property worth KRW 2,6230,000,00 from around 22 times, such as the list of crimes committed in the annexed list.
2. On January 24, 2014, at around 04:30, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a 4 km truck from the front side of Gwangju Northern-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, to the front side of the 127 km-ro, Nam-gu, Gwangju, without obtaining a driver’s license.
