A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 12, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor in Busan District Court for larceny, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Correctional Institution on October 4, 2013.

1.
