Punishment of the crime

On November 2014, the Defendant entered the defense room of the “E” operated by the victim D in the Jung-gu Daejeon World War, Daejeon as a guest, and then removed the body of the computer owned by the victim, which was prepared in advance, using the dracker, and cut off the computer parts of the total market value of KRW 2.50,000,00 in the market value, including the dracker’s graphic card, graphic card, CPU, RAM card, etc., and then stolen the computer parts of the total market value of KRW 6,540,00 in total by the above methods 10 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the other's property.
