Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2014 Highest 2247,” who had lived without a certain occupation, stolen important parts from a computer installed in the telecom room, and committed the following crimes by selling it to resolve the payment of credit cards.

1. 4. On July 7, 2014, from around 11:40 to 12:25 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened two main body of a computer owned by the victim using the victim’s body as stated in paragraph (1) and stolen parts of the market price equivalent to KRW 700,000,000 from the market price, such as the CPU, mailboard, SSSD, and RAM, in a manner as described in paragraph (1).
