Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

피고인은 2020. 9. 13. 21:07 대구 남구 B 앞 노상을 걸어가던 중 2 층 주택에서 떨어진 수박에 놀라 서 112 신고를 하여 출동한 대구 남부 경찰서 C 지구대 소속 경위 D와 경위 E이 인적 사항을 파악하기 위해서 신분증을 제시 요구하여 피해자 D에게 자신의 주민등록증을 주었는데도 기재되어 있는 주민등록번호를 잘 알아보지 못한다는 이유로 참고인 F( 남, 64세) 외 1명이 듣고 있는 자리에서 피해자 D에게 “ 멍 청한 경찰관 글자가 안 보이나, 내가 안경 사 줄까, 멍청한 짭새야, 씨 발 짭새야 ”라고 큰소리로 말하여 옆에 있던 피해자 E이 피고인에게 “ 왜 경찰관에게 욕설을 하느냐

” 고 하자 피해자 E에게 “ 짭새 새끼라고 하면 안되나 ”라고 하면서 약 10분 동안 욕설을 하는 등 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.
