Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the Suwon-si Police Station D District District of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and reported to the police at the D District District of the Suwon-si; and (b) requested the police to “the request to find out the lost wall”; and (c) asked the police to inquire about the characteristics, etc. of the lost wall from E (26) who is the police officer of the above District, who had tried to receive the lost wall from the Defendant.”

멍 청하네, 나 구치소 보내라, 여기 유리창이라도 깰까, 갈 곳도 없다, 씨 발 놈 아” 라는 등의 욕설을 하며 행패를 부리던 중, 분실물 접수가 되었으니 귀가할 것을 권유하는 위 지구대 소속 경찰인 G(56 세 )에게 “ 씨 발 놈 아, 개새끼야” 등의 욕설을 하면서 G을 향해 주먹을 수회 휘두르고 손으로 G의 왼쪽 어깨 견장을 잡아 뜯고, 이를 제지하는 E의 멱살을 양손으로 잡아당기는 등 폭행하여 경찰공무원의 소 내 근무 등에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
