When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:30 on April 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with D, on the street in front of “C” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; (b) on the 112th day after receiving a 112 report that the Defendant died; and (c) on the death of a person, the Defendant asked G police officers belonging to the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Police Station F District Unit of the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for the background of his death; (d) the Defendant: (c) “I am her native, I her first her first her first her first her; (d) I her her first her first her first her first her first her first her, he she her her her her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her second her with police.

In collusion with D, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the confirmation of the contents of police officers' report and the arrest of flagrant offenders.
