If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2017, the Defendant denied official document by presenting the driver's license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Gyeongbuk National Police Agency, which is an official document in the name of the head of the Gyeongbuk-gu Police Agency, and is in possession of the official document requiring the presentation of driver's license from D, in order to borrow vehicles at Crenk's establishment located in Daegu-gu B, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
