A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around February 28, 2017, the Defendant came to know of the victim D in Busan-gun of the captain of Busan-gun through Pondo; (b) around February 28, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim’s license with one driver’s license, who was on the victim’s home, and was on the victim’s book, having been receiving accommodation and lodging at the victim’s home from February 28, 2017; and (c) around March 14:00, the victim’s home, at the victim’s home, was going to work.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) borrowed the E-Ambre MD car at the office of the Yaeman MD car, Inc., Ltd., located at the beginning of 17:00, the Defendant denied the official document by presenting the D’s driver’s license, which is a public document issued by the Commissioner General of the Busan Regional Police Agency, to obtain a request for presentation of the driver’s license from F, who is an employee of the said siren; and (b) presented the D’s driver’s license as if the Defendant was the driver’s license.

B. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant, at around 10:30 on April 17, 2017, borrowed the Plaintiff’s 4-14, Gann Newk-5 vehicle at the office of the Suandong branch of the Busan East-dong, Busan-dong, which was required by H, a public document issued by the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency to present the Plaintiff’s driver’s license, and presented the D’s license as if the Defendant was the driver’s license.

On May 8, 2017, the Defendant, at the office of the 35-12-hon branch office in the Mad-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri (hereinafter referred to as the "J's driver's license"), rejected the official document by presenting it as the Defendant's driver'

3. Fraud;

A. The facts at the date, time, and place stated in the above paragraph 2-A above are carried out by the Defendant as if the Defendant was D, even if the Defendant did not have an intention to return the said car from the Defendant, Inc., the injured Party, at the time and place.
