A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:37 August 26, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driven C-low-income vehicle from the roads near Pyeongtaek-dong market to the roads front of the same gardening gas while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.075%.

2. On August 26, 2012, the Defendant injured by the obstruction of performance of official duties, at around 02:37, the two traffic vehicles, which were under the influence of drinking on the roads of Pyeongtaek-si in front of the gas tank, refused to follow a check-up by the uppermost D, and attempted to escape from the three-way road by making an illegal internship. On the other hand, the Defendant was in the front gate and door of the car driven by the Defendant, and was in the front gate of the car driven by the slope E belonging to the traffic safety department of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station, and was in front of the driver’s seat of the said patrol.

The Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers E, who were under drinking control by using a passenger car, which is a dangerous object, and caused E to suffer injuries, such as fluoral salt, which requires treatment for about two weeks.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car under paragraph (1).
