A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On May 27, 2016, at around 10:40, the Defendant driven a car in the C way without obtaining a driver’s license from around about 1 k from the front of the Sung-dong High School to the front road of Samsung Apartment apartment located in the same Sinpdong-dong-dong-dong.

2. 피고인은 2016. 5. 27. 11:17 경 평택시 세교동 현대자동차 공업사 앞 도로에서부터 같은 시 통복동 킹 콩 쭈꾸미 앞 도로까지 약 500m 구간에서 자동차 운전면허를 받지 아니하고 C 코란도 승용차를 운전하였다.

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant operated a sports vehicle in C C with no driver's license within approximately 200 meters from the front door of the elementary school, which is easy to move to Pyeongtaek-si in Gyeonggi-do at around 19:20 on July 8, 2016, to the front end of the new interesting real estate in the same city.

On July 14, 2016, the Defendant driven a car in the 1km section from July 14, 2016 to July 69, 2016 without obtaining a driver's license from around 1km to around 69 U.S. post offices in the center of the Eup.
